We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated SCHS registered Paramedics to join our team in a prestigious and visionary development project on Saudi Arabia’s west coast.
This is a rare opportunity to work in a remote yet well-resourced environment, delivering advanced emergency medical care within a large multi-disciplinary team. The role demands clinical excellence, adaptability, and the ability to operate effectively in a diverse range of pre-hospital care situations across a large development.
Requirements:
- SCHS Registration: Licensed to practice as a Paramedic in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Education: Postgraduate qualification in pre-hospital care, demonstrating advanced theoretical and practical knowledge in pre-hospital care
- Certifications: Valid ACLS and ITLS / PHTLS (or recognized equivalent)
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years post-qualification in emergency or pre-hospital care, ideally including work in remote or high-pressure environments

- Strong clinical decision-making, situational awareness, and problem-solving
- Excellent interpersonal and communication ability
- Ability to remain calm, composed, and decisive in high-stress or unpredictable situations
- Meticulous and accurate approach to patient assessment, treatment, and documentation

- High level of physical fitness, stamina, and mental resilience suitable for remote deployments
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work respectfully within diverse communities

- Proactive approach to continuous learning, training participation, and skill enhancement
- Capability to adapt quickly to evolving operational requirements and site conditions
- Reliability, punctuality, and strong personal accountability for clinical outcomes
