About the Role

Do you love the energy of an airport environment?We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to oversee RX’s airport operations at our Indian Subcontinent outstations.

This dynamic role will be accountable for managing ground handling operations, making sure regulations are followed, improving our guest experience, and keeping sound relations with stakeholders in order to support operational excellence and our airline's business goals.

A high-impact role, it demands hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and operational oversight to ensure seamless day-to-day performance. Moreover, you will play a critical role in upholding safety, service quality, and operational excellence across our network.

You will be responsible for ensuring day-to-day airport operations, including passenger services, ramp, check-in, baggage, lounge, and ticketing are conducted in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.

Yours is the opportunity to represent Riyadh Air at AOC meetings, airport committees, and regulatory forums, liaising effectively with customs, immigration, airport operators, and other key authorities.

Importantly, you will be tasked with leading and developing the airport team, including frontline leaders and customer service staff, ensuring high performance, motivation, grooming standards, and adherence to operational SOPs.

You’ll be the friendly face and calm head at the heart of daily operations by leading teams, liaising with partners, and making sure everything runs like clockwork.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate at least 8 years of progressive experience in Airport or Ground Operations.

Moreover, we are looking for someone with at least 5 years of supervisory experience at Tier 1 or 2 global airports.

Naturally, you must possess a proven track record in managing airport operations, including passenger services, ramp operations, baggage handling, and load control.
