About The Role

Do you love the energy of an airport environment? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to oversee RX’s airport operations at our Riyadh hub.

Reporting to the Ground Operations department, the role will be accountable for managing and coordinating all aspects of airport operations at our Riyadh hub in collaboration with ground handling partners.

This high-impact role requires hands-on leadership, strategic planning, and operational oversight to ensure seamless day-to-day performance. Moreover, you will play a critical role in upholding safety, service quality, and operational excellence across our network.

This dynamic role carries full authority to make decisions impacting the safety and security of guests, baggage, and aircraft handling - in coordination with senior divisional leadership and our Riyadh Operations Control Centre.

You will serve as the primary management escalation point and representative of our airline during irregular operations, disruptions, incidents, and emergency events - without compromising on our expectations of delivering world-class guest experience across the Riyadh Hub and GCC Airport operations.

Importantly, your responsibility includes the development of teams and the achievement of financial, quality, and operational goals in line with established divisional safety, security, and service standards.

You will be accountable for establishing and managing enduring, professional relationships with all internal and external stakeholders such as Riyadh Airports Company (RAC), local authorities, regulatory agencies, ground handling service providers, and partner airlines.

You’ll be the friendly face and calm head at the heart of daily operations by leading teams, liaising with partners, and making sure everything runs like clockwork.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate at least 10 years of progressive experience in Airport Operations or Ground Services within a commercial airline, ground handling company, or airport authority.

Moreover, we are looking for someone with at least 5 years of leadership experience in managing airport teams or overseeing operations at large Hubs or multiple stations.

Naturally, you must possess a deep understanding of national (KSA) and international aviation regulations, industry standards (IATA, ICAO, ISAGO), and best practices.
