Job description

Serves as the Lead 15H Aircraft Pneudraulics Instructor under the guidance of the Aviation Institute's Technical Department Training Manager. This role involves delivering instruction for the 15H MOS Qualification Course, including academic teaching, hands-on performance training, evaluations, and developing course schedules to ensure students meet proficiency and maintenance standards. Additionally, responsible for maintaining accurate Student Training Records.

Qualifications:
  1. High school diploma.
  2. Graduate of the US Army 15H Aircraft Pneudraulics Repairer course or an equivalent military/civilian program.
  3. At least 6 years of experience as an Aircraft Pneudraulics Instructor Repairer or equivalent experience.
  4. Capable of developing syllabi and providing instruction to 15H Pneudraulics Repairer candidates.
  5. Strong oral and written communication skills.
  6. In-depth knowledge of Army Aviation training concepts, administration, operations, and logistics.
  7. Proven ability to manage a team to achieve organizational goals.
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience with Adobe Pro and other relevant programs and applications.
Additional Requirements:
  1. Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required for employment.
  2. Criminal Record: Candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions to qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, as per the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
  3. Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test. The organization enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy to ensure safety and compliance.
  4. Compliance with Saudi Labor Law: All employment terms will adhere to Saudi Labor Law. Candidates must be prepared to comply with these regulations throughout their employment.
