Job Description:

Objective:

To assist in performing mechanical, structural, and component removal/installation tasks on aircraft under the supervision and direction of certified aircraft engineers, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support mechanical and structural maintenance tasks on aircraft as directed by licensed engineers.
  • Assist in the removal and installation of aircraft components and assemblies.
  • Follow maintenance procedures and use tools and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
  • Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of aircraft parts and tools.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area and ensure all tools are accounted for.
  • Comply with all safety protocols, quality procedures, and maintenance documentation requirements.
  • Report any defects, damages, or safety concerns to supervising engineers.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Diploma or technical certificate in aircraft maintenance, mechanical, or structural engineering field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in aircraft mechanical or structural maintenance (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of aircraft systems, components, and maintenance practices.
  • Ability to read and follow technical drawings and maintenance instructions.
  • Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
  • Ability to work under supervision in a fast-paced maintenance environment.
