BAE Systems Detica is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to lead aircraft rectification efforts for the Royal Saudi Air Force. The role involves managing complex engineering issues, ensuring compliance with standards, and training maintenance teams. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in maintaining operational readiness and overseeing logistics to meet organizational commitments.
BAE Systems is the UK Government s nominated Prime Contractor under the Government-to-Government arrangements that are in place to provide equipment, support and training to Saudi Arabia. We provide maintenance of Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) aircraft and train RSAF and Royal Saudi Naval Force personnel safely in a training environment in how to use their aircraft, equipment and weapons.

The Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor works in a highly challenging yet equally rewarding environment, playing a key role in generating aircraft for the RSAF customer. The role is therefore extremely high profile and involves interfacing with other departments and organisation such as Supply, Workshops, Quality, Product Safety, MODSAP etc.
Work involves a balance between leading the resolution of complex Engineering issues and responsibility for team management including oversight of applicable rules and regulations. Activities as a consequence vary on a day-to-day basis.
