YOUR TASKS:
  1. Build and maintain sales pipeline.
  2. Work with Air Capacity team to onboard new customers.
  3. Achieve sales target by selling air cargo services to new customers.
  4. Be in charge of internal/external communication ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining revenue target achievement.
  5. Manage and update CRM with correct customer data.
  6. Work in line with Air Capacity team to design special solutions.
  7. Prepare timely performance & pipeline reports.
  8. Ensure compliance per company standards, quality improvement, security requirements & all relevant environmental, health & safety legislation.
  9. Oversee & manage disputes/claims with customers.
  10. Additional functions as mandated by management.
YOUR PROFILE:
  1. Selling & communication skills.
  2. Air capacity freight experience.
  3. Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Cargo/Airfreight selling experience in Saudi Arabia.
