Job summary

You will drive consultation bookings, support member retention across follow-up cycles, and ensure a consistent member experience through effective team management, performance monitoring and cross-functional collaboration with clinical and operational teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience leading outreach and enrollment programs.
• Ability to develop targeted outreach plans and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive member outreach to introduce CareConnect services and explain program benefits.
• Ensure enrollment through timely contact and follow-up.
• Manage team targets, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Oversee onboarding and member journey coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide dashboards and reports.
• Support AI-enabled engagement tools and process improvements.
