Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for AI and digital solutions, focusing on growing revenue and expanding market share.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients, including C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities within the AI and digital solutions sectors.
- Present and promote Al Rushaid Technologies' suite of AI solutions, cloud services, automation tools, and digital transformation offerings.
- Collaborate with technical teams to create customized proposals and solution architectures that align with customer needs.
- Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contracts in accordance with company policies.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring smooth implementation and satisfaction with the solutions provided.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs, reporting on sales performance, pipeline development, and market insights to senior management.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to position Al Rushaid Technologies as a leader in the AI and digital transformation space.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to increase brand visibility and generate new business leads.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in selling AI, digital transformation, or IT solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the technology industry.
Strong understanding of AI technologies, cloud computing, automation, and digital transformation solutions.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels, including executives and technical teams.
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to create value propositions tailored to client needs.
Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales pipeline management.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with a focus on long-term client satisfaction and retention.
