Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct agronomic and other trials to support and develop marketing materials for product launch.
2. Drive and support marketing and sales efforts for new products to customers.
3. Contribute to the product development process, providing agronomy and market development support.
4. Build capabilities, develop shared agronomy platforms, identify customer needs, and establish standard processes for commercialization.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science, Soil Science, or Agronomy.

- 5-10 years of practicing agronomy with extensive exposure to product development processes.

- Advanced working knowledge of soil fertility, crop nutrition, and soil nutrient management.

- Proven expertise in a scientific discipline, preferably in soil science or chemistry, demonstrated through a doctoral degree and/or publication of relevant scientific papers.

- Proven expertise in statistical analysis, using appropriate methods and software.

- Excellent laboratory experience.

- Expertise in the development and adaptation of chemical analysis methods.

- Proficiency in written and spoken English.

- Strong capability to learn and develop others.

- Ability to organize and carry out fertilizer research experiments.
