Role Purpose

To improve service for business customers.

Job Accountabilities & Activities

• Project management: Monitoring the performance of projects for the business sector and preparing reports.
• Evaluation: Inventory management, solving customer problems, assessing service levels, and preparing reports.
• Staff management: Monitoring staff performance and preparing reports.
• Follow-up operations: Monitoring follow-up of ATM cards, insurance cards, Iqama cards, accommodation, etc.
• Development & organization: Developing and organizing the section by improving procedures, restructuring the department, and preparing reports.
• Performance indicators: Developing criteria to measure department performance and quality of submissions, and preparing reports.
• Payments follow-up & collection: Monitoring monthly invoice payments from business clients and collecting payments.
• Delivery of workers: Managing delivery workers to customers and receiving workers returning from customers.

Education & Certifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
