Overview

An exciting opportunity is available for Specialist II, HRIS Reports to , Section Head, HR Information System located in Riyadh.

Job purpose: Supports the business in relation to technical/systems information

Responsibilities
  • Assists in drafting any required procedural or work instruction documentation
  • Provides systems administration and monitors day to day systems operation for the HRIS.
  • May support routine test scenarios and train users on the HRIS
  • Works closely with HRIS team members and other teams to ensure the HRIS data accuracy
  • Creates and distributes reports to support HR operations
  • Supports in maintaining consistency and integrity of the HRIS through oversight and routine problem resolution.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality of employee information
Qualifications
  • 3 years experience with Degree or 8 years experience with Diploma is desirable
