Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience in Aconex or any other EDMS.

Job description

To achieve this, our 7,500 Switchers combine their historical engineering expertise and project management with digital technologies.

In our 12 countries (Europe, Middle East, Asia) of operation, we are working on the production and distribution of low-carbon electricity, through the development of nuclear and renewable energies. We are also supporting the modernisation and development of energy grids, managing the setup and siting for new transmission and distribution networks, and using hydrogen to decarbonise the transport and industry sectors.

Job Description
  • Reviewing document requirements as per project specifications and customer requirements during project handover from sales.
  • Developing and maintaining a document control master list for each project, aligning with internal stakeholders and customer representatives.
  • Driving the completion, submission, and approval of key documents, and tracking all document transactions (via transmittals).
  • Understanding and managing the client EDMS system.
  • Coordinating and following up on all project-related drawings and key document submissions or approvals, maintaining updated statuses in the master file.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in Aconex or any other EDMS.
