Job Requirements
- Education: Diploma Degree Essential
- Work Experience: One (1) year of experience in an administrative related field Preferred
- English Language Level: Level I Essential
Job Responsibilities
- Provides daily administrative support to the department and photocopy service when necessary.
- Delivers urgent correspondences within and outside the department, as well as records and tracks daily incoming and outgoing communication in the department.
- Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual data analysis reports as required.
- Manages and maintains executive schedules and ensures that logistical arrangements are made for meetings and site visits, assists and welcomes visitors, arranges conference calls, and schedules meetings.
- Acts as the primary contact of the department and ensures all calls, appointments, booked meetings, and inquiries are properly delegated or relayed to immediate personnel.
- Enters and reviews data from source documents into prescribed computer databases, files, and forms, or re-enters data in verification format to detect errors.
- Prepares backups of all data information, ensuring archival of the data entered, as well as locates and corrects data entry errors or reports them to supervisors.
- Presents data in graphs and charts for the best utilization of the information.
- Prepares requisitions for office supplies and equipment maintenance and follows up on requests.
- Performs other job-related duties as required.
