A Reputable Company located in Saudi Arabia - Makkah is seeking to recruit an Administrative Assistant.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Engineering, Secretarial Studies, or a related Field.
3-5 years of experience in interdepartmental coordination, project management, or administrative support, preferably in the hospitality or engineering industry.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
Ability to follow up on tasks and ensure they are completed accurately and on time.
Strong communication skills to coordinate between Chief Engineers and senior management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management or scheduling tools.
