Job description

Responsibilities


· Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops.


· Handle all correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and official documents.


· Maintain and organize project files, records, and databases.


· Assist in the preparation and editing of reports, presentations.


· Arrange travel and accommodation for team members and visiting academics.


· Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in order.


· Assist in the planning and execution of events.


· Edit and review letters, creating the proper format based on the subject context.


· Perform other administrative duties as needed.


Skills


  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a scientific or academic setting.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with scientific terminology and research processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
  • Experience with database management and data entry.
