Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the company. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, offering a unique opportunity to work in a diplomatic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily administrative operations;

Schedule meetings, coordinate events, and handle official correspondence;

Assist in protocol matters and liaise with government and diplomatic institutions;

Provide administrative and clerical support to diplomats;

Support visa and consular services if required;

Maintain office records, manage documents, and ensure smooth workflow.

Work Authorization Requirements:

§Applicants must have a valid residency permit (Iqama) and be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
