Administrative Assistant Vacancy in Medina, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team of English-speaking professionals in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This role requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.


Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence
  2. Maintain accurate records and files for the team
  3. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members
  4. Assist with preparing presentations and reports
  5. Conduct research and gather information as needed
  6. Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries from clients or partners
  7. Support with other ad-hoc administrative duties as required

Requirements:
