The Person
Assist in the daily operation of records management function to ensure records integrity and easy records retrieval.
Assist in monitoring the performance of outsourced operators for scanning and indexing documents against the performance pledge.
Assist in managing the lifecycle of offsite records, including retention, storage, and disposal.
Assist in organizing, indexing, and classifying corporate archives for easy retrieval and reference.
Provide training to outsourced operators on proper work procedures and prompt awareness of pre-defined guidelines on scanning and indexing documents.
Assist in coordinating with the service provider on the implementation and maintenance of the customization program for the Electronic Record Keeping System to streamline scanning and indexing processes.
Compile operational statistics for scanning and indexing documents for the records management function.
Provide other general support as directed.
The Job
Degree holder with at least 2 years’ experience in records management or information management or equivalent with demonstrated knowledge of electronic records and records management processes in a sizeable organization.
Good knowledge in records management or information management and their related practices.
Good knowledge or experience in Electronic Document Management System or Electronic Recordkeeping System or equivalent.
Good communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Customer-oriented and strong interpersonal skills.
Good coordination and teamwork, and able to work independently.
