Job description

The ideal (Bilingual) candidate will be responsible for handling all government-related online platforms, managing employee documentation and contracts, assisting in payroll processing, and supporting administrative and HR tasks.

This role is critical to ensuring smooth company operations, legal compliance, and proper documentation in line with Saudi regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Government Relations & Online Portals

  • Manage and operate all relevant Saudi government platforms including:
  • Qiwa
  • GOSI
  • Mudad
  • Muqeem
  • Absher Business
  • GOSI Online
  • ZATCA (Fatoora)
  • MOL (Ministry of Labor)
  • Chamber of Commerce
  • Meras
  • Balady, Muqeem, and Tawtheeq (if applicable)
  • Handle issuance and renewal of Iqamas, Work Permits, and Medical Insurance
  • Follow up on Saudization (Nitaqat) and HRDF programs
  • Coordinate with government offices, ministries, and municipalities for various licenses and permits

Administrative Duties

  • Draft and manage all employee contracts, offer letters, and MOUs
  • Maintain updated employee files and records
  • Prepare letters for banks, embassies, and other authorities
  • Manage visa processing, renewal, exit/re-entry, and final exit processes
  • Arrange company-related documentation and correspondence
  • Maintain internal records using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Payroll & HR Support

  • Assist in monthly payroll preparation and processing
  • Track employee attendance, leaves, and overtime
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and internal company policies
  • Support in recruitment coordination and onboarding processes
  • Assist in employee relations and internal memos

Skills

  • Bilingual
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Admin & PRO roles in KSA
  • Strong experience with government portals and labor-related regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
  • Transferable Iqama (for non-Saudis)
  • Valid Saudi Driving License
