Your Opportunity
Key Accountabilities
- Interface with senior management within Serco and externally in a professional, effective manner.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments, maintaining files and records, updating data, and preparing correspondences and business reports.
- Help prepare presentation materials, including proofreading and formatting documents, charts, tables, graphs, and plans.
- Maintain soft copies of standard templates and formats for consistent documentation.
- Distribute written correspondence and internal letters to relevant departments or individuals.
- Create and maintain an efficient filing system aligned with Serco’s Management System.
- Manage administrative events such as travel arrangements, preparing itineraries, coordinating hiring activities for senior management, and organizing meetings and group events.
- Coordinate company events, ensuring smooth execution by managing location, menus, accommodation, and transportation.
- Oversee general office administration of the client’s offices as assigned to Serco.
- Utilize SAP as a Site Purchasing Coordinator (SRM, Trips, Petty Cash).
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet contractual deadlines.
- Provide timely and effective administrative support as required.
Specific Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in administration, helpdesk, or call center roles.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Degree holder or minimum high school diploma in business, management, administration, or related discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Word, Excel, and Visio.
- Proven experience working on complex, large-scale projects within a program or project management office.
- Extensive knowledge of multicultural organizational dynamics and key internal and external personnel.
- Relevant experience in a competitive, commercial environment focused on business development, growth, and customer service.
