Responsibilities:
  1. Manage office tasks such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up meetings, and reordering supplies.
  2. Support scheduling by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  3. Arrange travel plans including flights, transportation, hotels, and restaurant reservations.
  4. Screen and route phone calls appropriately.
  5. Use computers to generate reports, transcribe meeting minutes, create presentations, and conduct research.
  6. Greet and assist visitors.
  7. Maintain professional communication via phone, email, and mail.
  8. Anticipate the needs of others to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
