Job summary

A multinational company in the financial sector is seeking an Administration and Finance Manager for their subsidiary in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and administrative operations while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Candidates should possess a relevant degree, extensive experience in finance or accounting, and fluency in both English and Arabic.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years' experience in an Accounting and Finance Department.
  • Previous experience with Banks is desirable.
  • Experience in accounting, finance, tax, budgetary design and control.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the month-end closings, reconciliations, and balance sheet control.
  • Ensuring adherence to legal requirements and tax filing.
  • Creating budgetary plans and monitoring compliance.

Skills

Fluency in English
Fluency in Arabic
Knowledge of commercial, accounting and tax laws
Cash flow management
Financial reporting

Education

We are a multinational company in the financial sector with operations across five continents. We need to incorporate an Administration and Finance Manager for our expanding subsidiary in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

As the Administration and Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the administrative and financial functions of the company. You will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, as well as ensuring efficient administrative operations.

Qualifications:

• University Degree in Administration and Management, Economics, Public Accountancy, Finances or similar

• Further education in Business Direction and Management or MBA would be desirable

• At least 5 years' experience in an Accounting and Finance Department (mandatory)

• Previous working experience in an audit company is desirable

• Previous working experience with Banks

• Knowledge of commercial, accounting and tax laws (mandatory)

• Experience in accounting, finance, tax, budgetary design and control, management of suppliers and purchases, payroll

• Fluency in English and Arabic (mandatory)

Responsibilities:

• Financial management: Month-end closings, reconciliations, revenue reporting, balance sheet control, and P&L analysis

• Cash flow management: Bank account oversight, supplier payments, expense control, and cash flow forecasting

• Regulatory compliance: Ensuring adherence to legal requirements, tax filing, and working with external auditors

• Budget administration: Creating budgetary plans, monitoring compliance, and addressing deviations

• Human resources support: Supervising payroll processing and maintaining employee records

• Administrative oversight: Managing purchases, maintaining asset registers, and implementing internal controls

• Reporting: Preparing financial reports and providing administrative support across locations
