Position:
Administration Officer

Summary:
As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation and growth of our client's organization. You will manage administrative tasks, coordinate meetings, and ensure that all office operations run efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  2. Oversee the maintenance of office supplies and equipment to ensure they are well-stocked and functioning properly.
  3. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for various needs including printing, cleaning, and IT support.
  4. Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  5. Support the organization's communication efforts by managing internal and external communications, including emails, memos, and reports.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative roles within various industries
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  4. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
  5. Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. Experience with project management tools and software for task tracking and scheduling.
  7. Knowledge of office equipment and supplies, including ordering and maintenance.
