Job Specifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business.
  • Experience: 2-3 Years of experience.
  • Languages spoken: Fluency in written and spoken English & Arabic.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Provides administrative and clerical support to departments or individuals.
  • Handles information requests.
  • Coordinates office management activities.
  • Determines matters of top priority and handles accordingly.
  • Maintains hard copy and electronic filing system.
  • Alerts Manager about new meetings or cancellations.
  • Schedules meetings and arranges conference rooms.
  • Prepares correspondence and stuffs mail into envelopes.
  • Prepares agenda for meetings and takes minutes of meetings.
  • Coordinates travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepares, compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records.
  • Plans event activities.
  • Relays phone calls & emails from the end user and delivers them to the concerned department.
