Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters related to optical / medical channel in your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships across all assigned channels.
  • Lead customer account management, including negotiating contracts and following up on performance.
  • Communicate Johnson & Johnson's quarterly plan of actions with customers in your territory.
  • Inform customers about new products or promotions relevant to their needs and address queries about delivery or product quality.
Main accountabilities:
Planning and analysis:
  • Plan calls to clients (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly), considering potential development tasks in SF.com.
  • Record visit data in SF.com or reporting formats.
  • Participate in creating business plans for the entrusted territory.
Professional development:
  • Participate in trainings and educational courses as per the plan and sales manager's instructions.
  • Maintain and develop necessary knowledge and skills.
Interaction in department:
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and overall effectiveness.
  • Ensure resource availability for team objectives.
Reporting:
  • Submit calls on SF.com timely and completely.
  • Update POA cycle plan and segmentation regularly as per line manager.
  • Provide other operational reports as instructed.
Essential Functions:
  • Provide excellent customer service to customers and sales team, including internal and external communication.
  • Achieve department goals and objectives.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills and a friendly rapport with customers.
  • Develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOL).
Experience Required
  • University degree in Optometry or Pharmaceutical Science.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant account management experience.
  • Experience in the optical industry.
  • Languages: English & Arabic.
