Job description

This job / vacancy will be based on a fixed-term contract (12 months), with the possibility of renewal or transition to a permanent contract.

The Acquisition Associate will support the Middle East Real Estate team, which is part of Amazon’s Africa, Middle East & Turkey Operations Real Estate organization. The team is responsible for the timely completion of property transactions, including acquisitions, renewals, expansions, terminations, and reconfigurations of existing warehouse space in the AMET Region.

In compliance with national labor laws and applicable legislation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, this position is open to candidates who meet the specific nationality criteria stipulated by local regulations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

This role focuses on supporting the expansion of Amazon's dark stores network and requires the following:

• Experience in acquiring/searching for commercial real estate (retail, warehouses, offices)
• Understanding of the Jeddah commercial real estate market
• Driver's license

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Project management experience is an advantage, but the candidate will not be involved in construction, only acquisition management.
