We are hiring an ACES Program Manager in KSA to join the team that redefines Ultra-fast grocery operation and help us build and grow this new service for our customers. ACES managers focus on leading UFG LM UTR / OTR improvements to benefit Amazon customers, driving standardization efforts, acting as liaisons with other departments, providing process skills within the UFG and Last mile station, offering SME support for UTR, routing, and OTR planning, supporting UTR / LM Kaizen Events, and coordinating cross-functional projects for successful implementation across the UFG Amazon Now Stores.

Key job responsibilities

As a key link between local operations and country business teams, you will help drive innovation, test new ideas, and ensure that best practices are followed safely.

Focus areas include Safety, People, Quality, Customer Experience, Productivity, Costs, and Environment.

  • Supporting project execution across multiple functions within the organization.
  • Resolving issues amicably during discussions between various functions.
  • Holding functions accountable for their deliverables.
  • Partnering with RoW countries to share and implement best practices.
  • Maintaining health and safety standards and promoting a safety culture on-site.
  • Leading operational performance measurement, providing feedback, and supporting team development.
  • Driving continuous improvement projects to optimize operations and meet/exceed business objectives; working on strategic projects with network-wide impact.
  • Strategic planning for 3, 6, and 12 months, especially for peak seasons.
  • Preparing and presenting leadership updates, MBRs, and QBRs.
  • Setting objectives and metrics for safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience.
  • Providing the team with tools for success and driving productivity and efficiency improvements through data-driven decision-making and analytical problem-solving.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • 3+ years of experience implementing process improvements using data and metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL knowledge.
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data to identify improvements.
  • 3+ years of data analysis experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience managing stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Experience building processes, managing projects, and schedules.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma / Lean techniques.
