Job description

One of the prestigious premium hospitality companies in high-end residences and bespoke guest services across the Kingdom is seeking to hire a Senior Accountant to join their office operation in Riyadh.

As a responsible team player, you will play a vital role in overseeing key accounting processes, managing client billing and vendor transactions, and ensuring compliance with both internal financial policies and Saudi regulatory standards.

  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable with accuracy and timeliness
  • Issue and track client invoices based on signed lease agreements and contracts
  • Handle petty cash and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions
  • Record vendor bills, journal entries, and allocate expenses (OPEX/CAPEX)
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and assist with financial closing activities
  • Maintain documentation for audits, contracts, KYC, and compliance reporting
  • Ensure compliance with KSA regulations including AML, UBO, ESR, and licensing laws
  • Support internal and external audits as required
  • Work closely with operational teams to align finance practices with hospitality service standards

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally within the premium hospitality or property estate sector
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance in KSA
  • Proficiency in Oracle NetSuite or other cloud-based ERP systems
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong overall MS Office proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills & energetic personality (English; Arabic is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
