We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AR & Working Capital Manager to join our team in Dammam. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable (AR) processes and optimizing working capital to ensure the financial health and stability of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the accounts receivable department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of incoming payments.
2. Manage invoicing, collection of payments, and proper application of cash.
3. Handle deductions and assess credit risk to minimize potential financial losses.
4. Develop and implement strategies to optimize working capital and improve cash flow.
5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to AR and working capital.
