Role Overview

The role aims to be recognized as a trusted finance team member. It supports the finance lead in training and development activities to cultivate top-tier finance professionals and aids in developing the finance team. The role emphasizes maintaining a robust control and compliance environment and contributes to implementing EMEA Operations Finance innovations and projects.

What will I be doing?

The Accounts Receivable Accountant / Cluster Accounts Receivable Accountant contributes to and supports the Accounts Receivable / OTC (Order to Cash) department to ensure efficient billing and collection operations, including credit control activities. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Credit Manager in operational tasks for the Accounts Receivable / OTC department.
  • Ensuring smooth billing and collection processes in full compliance with policies, regulations, and contractual obligations.
  • Partnering with hotel finance teams and a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, including Commercial and Operations teams.
  • Participating in relevant finance development programs and adhering to Hilton’s job segregation policies for joint roles.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new programs quickly.
