What You’ll Be Stirring Up

You’ll be the go-to person for managing overhead vendor invoices, making sure everything is processed on time, accurate to the cent, and handled with the utmost professionalism. While the chefs create culinary masterpieces, you’ll be behind the curtain keeping our finances fresh and in order.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll be cooking up on a daily basis:

• Collaborate with department managers to ensure invoices are properly approved and processed.
• Manage vendor statements, ensuring we catch every invoice and follow up as needed.
• Learn & Support: Cross-train with the inventory AP process so you can step in during busy times or PTO coverage.
• Prepare journal entries and account analyses as directed by our Controller or Senior Staff Accountant.
• Contribute to special projects that pop up like limited-time specials!

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• A solid background in Accounts Payable with hands-on invoice processing experience.
• Confidence in Excel – you can navigate, update, and organize spreadsheets with ease.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset – communication is key here!
• The ability to juggle deadlines without dropping the ball.

Compensation

$17 - $21 hourly
