The Role

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including but not limited to, general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure proper recording of all transactions.
• Monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow statements to support financial decision-making.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities to support company goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with HQ to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.

Ideal Profile

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
