We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our school's finance team. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with strong experience in Oracle financial systems.

Job Summary: The Accounts Payable Accountant is responsible for managing supplier accounts, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all payments, and maintaining precise financial records in compliance.

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
2. Facilitate a swift monthly closure by computing and preparing financial records, including general ledger entries and journal entries.
3. Process and record daily transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
4. Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
5. Manage Accounting and Finance functions, provide support to Department Head, and work with the Finance team in key initiatives.
