Job Responsibility:

  1. Accountable for managing the accounts payable process.
  2. Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices.
  3. Scrutinizing the invoice and ensuring that it adheres to all internal policies & procedures.
  4. Reviewing invoice details; if incomplete, contact the relevant person/vendor to get/track revised invoices.
  5. Reconcile books with vendor’s statement of account and inter-company entities.
  6. Review the monthly aging and ensure that all long outstanding items are addressed.
  7. Work directly with vendors to ensure invoices have been received, approved, and actioned.
  8. Prepare certain expense schedules related to statutory audit.
  9. File AP-related documents as and when required.
  10. Invoice collection from suppliers.
  11. Ad-hoc requirements.

Qualification:

  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
  2. SOCPA Certificate/Membership.
  3. Relevant experience in accounts payable.
