Job Title: Senior Accountant

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial transactions and records of our company located in Sayhat, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position open to all nationalities with a salary of 1200$. We are specifically looking for an Egyptian accountant who is fluent in English and has prior experience working in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
2. Monitor and analyze accounting data to ensure the accuracy of financial reports.
3. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and standards.
4. Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
5. Manage and reconcile bank accounts.
6. Prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
7. Participate in budget preparation and forecasting activities.
8. Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management.
9. Conduct periodic internal audits to identify discrepancies or issues.
10. Train and supervise junior accounting staff.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an accountant, preferably in a senior role.
3. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
5. Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
6. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
7. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
