Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage, train, and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
  2. Manage the finance team in accounting, optimizations, and investments.
  3. Deliver daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with forecasts.
  4. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  5. Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
  6. Assist the CFO in managing relationships with outsourced service providers such as Legal, Auditors, Tax consultants, and outsourced resource providers.
  7. Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
  8. Carry additional responsibilities as assigned by the finance and administration manager.
  9. Receive and record vendor invoices.
  10. Reconcile accounts receivables and payables.
  11. Perform bank reconciliations.
  12. Reconcile petty cash.
  13. Update daily bank transactions.
  14. Ensure compliance with zakat, GOSI, and tax policies and regulations.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
  • Work experience as an Accountant in the IT or services industry is required.
  • Good experience with Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
