Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, train, and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
  • Manage the finance team in accounting, optimizations, and investments.
  • Deliver daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with forecasts.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
  • Assist the CFO in managing relationships with outsourced service providers such as legal, auditors, tax consultants, and outsourced resource providers.
  • Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
  • Carry additional responsibilities as assigned by the finance and administration manager.
  • Receive and record vendor invoices.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable and payable.
  • Perform bank and petty cash reconciliations.
  • Update daily bank transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with zakat, GOSI, and tax policies and regulations.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
  • Work experience as an accountant in the IT or services industry is a must.
  • Good experience with Google Suite (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
