Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee the financial aspects of the branch, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, corporate policies, and legal requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses, with commentary on variances and trends.
- Conduct detailed financial forecasting and strategic planning to guide the branch towards profitable growth.
- Supervise and mentor a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring staff adherence to operational standards and company objectives.
- Implement and maintain strict internal controls over financial transactions and reporting, minimizing risk and enhancing the accuracy of the organization's reported financial results.
