Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee the financial aspects of the branch, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, corporate policies, and legal requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analyses, with commentary on variances and trends.
• Conduct detailed financial forecasting and strategic planning to guide the branch towards profitable growth.
• Supervise and mentor a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring staff adherence to operational standards and company objectives.
• Implement and maintain strict internal controls over financial transactions and reporting, minimizing risk and enhancing the accuracy of the organization's reported financial results.
• Collaborate with the senior management to establish financial targets and develop branch-specific initiatives to increase efficiencies and reduce costs.
• Lead the audit process, liaise with external auditors, and address any audit findings with actionable solutions.
• Monitor branch performance metrics, providing leadership and direction to improve customer service, quality, and operational efficiency.

• Must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree or CPA designation is strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in accounting with a clear progression of increased responsibility and complexity in roles.
• Demonstrated experience supervising branch operations within the food and beverages industry, including staff management, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Solid understanding of food and beverage industry regulations, including health codes, safety standards, and environmental policies.
• Proven ability to develop and implement robust financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts that align with company objectives.
• Highly proficient with accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with industry-specific software is advantageous.
