ABOUT THE POSITION

What We’re Looking For:

The accountant is responsible for taking care of the finances of the organization including bookkeeping, managing cash flow, accounting cycle, inventory, preparation of financial reports, coordination with auditors and approval/disbursement of payments to vendors/suppliers.

What You’ll Do:

1. Must have good knowledge of accounting system as well as Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook.
2. Must have good knowledge in bookkeeping.
3. Providing financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data.
4. Coordination with and provide support to auditors as required.
5. Collecting data, preparing balance sheet, and profit and loss statement.
6. Handling financial transactions by auditing documents.
7. Maintaining accounting control by preparing policies and procedures.
8. Coordinating financial issues by collecting and analyzing accounting data for delivery partners.
9. Maintaining financial security by following internal controls.
10. Preparing payment by verifying documentation and requesting disbursement.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Fluent in Arabic and English.
2. Bachelor degree in tax, accounting, and finance.
3. Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience.
4. Extensive knowledge about the data entry management.
5. Punctual, reliable and must have strong communication skill.
6. Strong verbal and oral communication skills.
7. Self-motivated and strong analytical skills.
8. Attention to detail, prioritization skill and time management.
9. Quick learner with a positive attitude.
10. Experience in retail or restaurant accounting.
