Responsibilities

  • Issue and manage client invoices according to project contracts.
  • Process monthly payroll and manage general ledger, A/R, and A/P entries.
  • Prepare financial summaries and manage compliance with VAT and other filings.

Job Summary:

Takamul Project Management is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant with proven experience in accounting and finance, particularly in client invoicing, payroll, cost analysis, and local compliance reporting. The candidate must be capable of handling audit preparations, monthly reports, and working closely with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Issue and manage client invoices in accordance with project contracts.
  • Process monthly payroll and coordinate with HR and banks.
  • Manage general ledger, bank reconciliation, A/R, and A/P entries.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial summaries and analysis.
  • Prepare and maintain records for Local Content reporting.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing required documentation.
  • Ensure timely compliance with VAT, Zakat, and other regulatory filings.
  • Monitor project expenditures and support project-based cost tracking.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in a project or consultancy environment.
  • Knowledge of SOCPA / IFRS standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Odoo).
  • Strong skills in MS Excel and reporting tools.
  • Experience in payroll processing, invoicing, and compliance reporting.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English & Arabic
Preferred:
  • Experience in Local Content preparation and reporting.
  • Exposure to external audit processes and project-based accounting.
  • Prior experience in Saudi-based consultancy or project management firms.
