Responsibilities

1. Process petty cash disbursements according to hotel policy.
2. Remain accessible to team members for change and pickup requests.
3. Assist with miscellaneous tasks as determined by the Director of Finance.
4. Prepare bank drop sheets and deposit cash securely following safety protocols.
5. Maintain the Cash Receipt Journal spreadsheet.
6. Prepare manual checks or advance payment requests as needed.
7. Collect and deposit all hotel cash and cheques daily, ensuring compliance with policies.

Requirements

• College degree preferred in Finance.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in cashiering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant systems.
• Saudi Nationals only.
