Responsibilities:

• Processing petty cash disbursements in accordance with hotel policy.
• Remaining easily reachable for team members to make change and pickup due back requests.
• Handling miscellaneous items as determined by the Director of Finance.
• Preparing bank drop sheets and depositing cash in the bank accompanied by security in accordance with safety rules and SOPs.
• Maintaining the Cash Receipt Journal spreadsheet.
• Preparing manual checks or advance payment requests as needed.
• Collecting all cash/cheque collections of the hotel from the front office drop safe daily and ensuring all monies are deposited in the hotel bank account according to policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• College degree preferred in Finance.
• At least 2 years of experience with cashiering.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other applicable computer systems.
• This position is for Saudi Nationals Only.
