Account Receivable Cum General Cashier

Responsibilities:

• Processing petty cash disbursements in accordance with Hotel policy
• Remain easily reachable for team members to make change and pickup due back requests
• Miscellaneous items as determined by Director of Finance
• Prepare bank drop sheets and deposit the cash in the bank accompanied by security in accordance to safety rules and SOP s
• Maintain the Cash Receipt Journal spreadsheet
• Prepare manual checks or advance payment requests as needed or required
• Collect all cash/cheque collections of the hotel from front office drop safe on a daily basis and ensure all monies are deposited in hotel bank account in accordance with the policies and procedures laid down by the Hotel

Requirements:

• College degree preferred in Finance
• 2 years of experience with cashiering
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other applicable computer systems.
