Job Description

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing service engagement
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territory or industry
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and service demonstrations
• Collaborate with pre-sales, technical teams, and delivery managers to tailor solutions
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular forecasts and reports
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics
• Act as the key point of contact for all service-related client communication and issue resolution

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in services sales or account management
• Experience in IT services, cloud solutions, or managed services is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• Saudi nationals or candidates with valid transferable Iqama are preferred
