Your Community

The business development team focuses on acquiring and engaging recruiters across 20+ source markets. Responsibilities include:

  1. Driving student demand through our recruiter network
  2. Generating revenue via recruiter subscriptions and student placements
  3. Expanding revenue streams through products like accommodation, financial services, and travel
  4. Identifying and implementing new revenue opportunities

Your Position

As the Account Manager, you will drive business growth within Education Agents and Recruiters.

Your Impact

  1. Manage a portfolio of Recruiters across Adventus Partner Universities & Institutions to meet and exceed enrollment goals
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with Recruiters, contributing to their sales strategies
  3. Ensure excellent service and delivery to the Recruiter network

Your Backstory

  1. At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in agency or indirect recruitment of international students
  2. Proven success in indirect sales management and delivering results
  3. Experience nurturing customer relationships and proactively understanding business needs
  4. Knowledge of the international student marketplace, including its opportunities and challenges

Your Contribution

  1. Implement regional sales plans with your manager
  2. Identify growth opportunities and risks within the Recruiter network
  3. Achieve and surpass student enrollment targets
  4. Serve as the primary contact for Recruiters
  5. Respond promptly to inquiries and maximize lead conversion
  6. Prepare performance reports as needed
  7. Represent Adventus at exhibitions and recruitment events
  8. Lead recruiter activities and oversee student recruitment efforts in your region
  9. Maintain strong relationships with Recruiters, ensuring SLA adherence and satisfaction
  10. Monitor competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations

Your Environment

You will work in a collaborative, field-based environment that involves travel. Necessary tools and equipment will be provided.
