Your Role

Brenntag Saudi Arabia is looking for Account Manager for Nutrition Team!

Cities: Jeddah, Riyadh and Dammam

Responsibilities

  • Developing a growth & margin-oriented sales strategy focused both on lucrative financial gain and customer satisfaction upon Nutrition Business.
  • Realizing sales targets & objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Managing suppliers in regards of products-base sales initiatives and targets; by the understanding of protecting & committing the general values and expectaions of the company.
  • Increasing the value of existing customers while attracting new ones in regards of changing expectations, market facts and company policies and targets while planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Build technical business cases for products and solutions provided to the market.
  • Coordinate the provision of technical expertise for a sales project to be launched.
  • Discuss and clarify with customers specific technical solutions, and launch specifications to organisation.
  • Liaise with involved laboratories, Product Management and Sales to create the best solution for the customer.
  • Ensure appropriate data administration and documentation of all business cases, in the local CRM system.
  • Attend regional/International or internal technical meetings, as required.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree in Food / Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, preferably from reputable universities.
  • Min 10 years of trackable experience in sales, account management, planning and implementing sales strategies.
  • Fluency in English and excellent numeric and financial-reinterpretation skill set.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Ability to maintain long-lasting relations in customer management with excellent communication and process management skills.
  • Strong commercial outlook and a sales approach to sales management.
  • Demonstratable ability to deliver results during uncertainty, despite changes and ambiguity.
  • Proactively helping understand towards the others and responding to their business needs to build strong working relationships.
  • Pro-active self-starter, willing to accept responsibility for business tasks.
