DESCRIPTION

The Key Account Management team is responsible for accelerating sales growth, expanding selection on the platform, and improving retention among the existing Seller base. This team creates innovative ways to identify new selection, merchandising, and operational improvement opportunities through partnerships with internal stakeholders such as Fulfillment by Amazon, Sponsored Products, etc., and by enhancing our overall knowledge of how to succeed as a Seller on Amazon Marketplaces.

We are looking for an Account Manager to help shape the future of the Account Management program. The role focuses on driving success for high-performing sellers in the KSA Marketplace and leveraging key learnings and feedback to improve the Amazon platform for all Sellers.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Planning/Analysis:
  2. Conduct deep dive analysis on issues affecting Seller business performance to identify opportunities for increasing sales.
  3. Analyze territory trends, diagnose root causes of performance issues, and create actionable plans for operational improvements.
  4. Define the territory, opportunities, and goals within the account portfolio.
  5. Identify key business opportunities and manage towards a growth plan.
  6. Implement account management best practices.
A day in the life

Daily operations include, but are not limited to:

  1. Interacting with Key Sellers.
  2. Sourcing new selection from sellers with potential to add more selection.
  3. Focusing on stocks for Key ASINs.
  4. Sourcing deals from sellers to delight customers.
  5. Maintaining competitive prices on the platform.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • University Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related majors.
  • 5+ years of account management or sales experience (e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent.
  • Proven success in a target-driven sales environment.
  • Strong business development and objection-handling skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in persuading and explaining complex concepts simply.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Intermediate Excel skills for analysis.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with data analytics, professionally or academically.
  • Experience in internet, e-commerce, and retail companies preferred.
  • 3+ years in FMCG sector.
  • 3+ years in the Beauty sector.
