Job Title: Key Account Manager

The role requires a mix of technical knowledge, sales expertise, relationship management skills, and industry experience.

The Key Account Manager plays a crucial role in the FMCG sector, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the commercial relationship with assigned clients, serving as their main point of contact.
2. Collaborate with all Lines of Business (LoBs) across their assigned accounts to achieve sales targets.
3. Report opportunity assessments and maintain details of each opportunity/lead.

Minimum Requirements:

1. 0-2 years of experience in account management or a similar field.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
3. Experience working with Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) and understanding Key Account dynamics.

Job Purpose: To assist in working with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive continuous service improvement and ensure contractual obligations are met.
