Responsibilities:

1. Promote the company solutions/products/services to clients.
2. Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads.
3. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue streams.
4. Maximize employee satisfaction among the team and when called by the Senior Management.
5. Lead Business Development Strategy achieving Sustainable Growth Through Portfolio Expansion and Mix Management.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a business development role, within the food and beverage industry.
